Mr. Dheeraj Gopichand Hinduja holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics and History from the University College, London. He has completed his Master's in Business Administration with specialisation in Project Management from the Imperial College, London University. Mr. Dheeraj Hinduja is an entrepreneur, representing a global business conglomerate – Hinduja Group. His areas of expertise include multi-sectoral global business portfolio strategies, building and transforming organisations, attracting and nurturing best-in class Boards and Management talents, creating world class CSR interventions, etc. He is associated with many business sectors including automotive, engineering, power, information technology, etc. He also provides Social Sector leadership in Education, Nutrition, Healthcare, Preservation of cultural heritage, etc.

Mr. Sachin Pillai is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has been associated with India's banking & financial sector for more than two decades. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing from Sardar Patel University and a master's degree in business administration from Chakravarti Rajagopalachari Institute of Management. With extensive experience in financial services, he has been instrumental in establishing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on business development, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. Before joining the Company, he held leadership roles at Reliance Capital Limited as Executive Vice President and Group Business Head and at HDFC Bank Limited as Vice President. Over the years, Mr. Sachin has diversified his expertise into steering businesses across cycles, with a strong background of risk management, product development & organization building.

Mr. Gopal Mahadevan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary with over 35 years' experience in Finance function across a spectrum of industries. Mr. Gopal has had extensive experience in manufacturing, internet services, financial services and project companies. During his career, he has also been involved in restructuring and M and A. He has worked with renowned organizations like Thermax Ltd, Amara Raja Batteries Ltd, Sify, Sanmar Group and TTK Pharma Ltd. He is a member of the board of several companies in Ashok Leyland Group of companies. Mr. Gopal joined Ashok Leyland in July 2013, as CFO and has been one of the core team members leading the turnaround and growth of the Company. He is a Member of the Board of several subsidiaries and associate companies of Ashok Leyland Limited. Earlier to Ashok Leyland Limited, he was Chief Financial Officer at Thermax Ltd and Amara Raja Batteries Ltd. Mr. Gopal Mahadevan has worked in diverse roles in Sanmar Group and was General Manager M and A at Sify Ltd.

A Group Director at Shriram Group, previously served as CEO & Managing Director of Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. and Managing Director of Fullerton Enterprises Private Limited. Nominated to the boards of two financial services investments of Temasek in China—one in Nanjing for SME business and another in Chengdu for a village bank franchise. Earlier, was Managing Director and Head of Citibank's SME and Asset-Based Finance business in India, building the segment across the country. Also serves as an Independent Director in the wholly-owned subsidiary, Hinduja Housing Finance Limited. Started career in sales with Eicher Mitsubishi and later headed its captive finance arm in India. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Coimbatore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in arts from the University of Allahabad. Also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Brings over 40 years of experience in the banking sector. Previously served as Deputy Managing Director (Digital Banking and New Businesses) at State Bank of India, overseeing digital initiatives, debit card strategies, acquiring business, transit solutions, transaction banking, and government business. Also held the position of Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at the bank's corporate office.

Mr. Balaji is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed Management Development Certifications at Harvard Business School Boston (Advanced Management Program - AMP 206), Kellogg School of Management Chicago, Indian School of Business Hyderabad & IIM Ahmedabad. He has held a distinguished career with Ashok Leyland spanning 32 years. He began his career in internal audit and has gained considerable experience in all areas of Finance including Treasury, MIS & Budgets, Costing, Investor Relations, Business Finance, Pricing and Product Cost Engineering, Indirect Taxes, etc. He has also handled QIP documentation, enterprise valuation for stake sales, etc., and is actively involved in the evaluation of all M&A proposals of Ashok Leyland, cross currency interest rate swaps (CCIRS) and has also raised more than Rs. 2000 Crores by way of placement of Non-Convertible Debentures. He has also handled finance function independently in a Bus assembling plant in Leeds, United Kingdom for about a year. He was awarded as the Leading CFO of the year 2024-25, by Confederation of Indian Industry for Excellence in Turnaround. He is currently a Member of the Tamil Nadu State Council (TNSC) and is also the Chairman of CFO Forum of TNSC of CII. He was a Co-convener for Economic Affairs and Taxation Committee of CII during the period 2018-19. He is presently the Chairman of the Finance Committee of Global Automotive Research Centre (GARC) of National Automotive Board (NAB) of MOHI, Government of India and also the Member of the Governing Council of National Automotive Board, Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. He also holds directorship in many of the associate companies of Ashok Leyland. He currently serves as the President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer Ashok Leyland Limited.

Holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, a Master of Arts in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and has completed HR Strategy in Transforming Organizations at London Business School. Additionally, has undertaken various executive coaching and certification programs. In June 2022, received an honorary Doctorate (PhD) in Leadership & Transformation from Ecole Supérieure Robert De Sorbon Université, France, in recognition of contributions to leadership excellence and professional development.

He's an Associate Member of ICAI, a Cost Accountant, and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Madras University. Starting in March 1982, he joined Ashok Leyland Limited and gained experience in finance, including budgeting, taxation, and treasury. Concluded several international fund-raising programs, such as the 1993 GDR issue, the 2004 Convertible Bond Issue, and many Euro-syndicated loans. He was elevated to the post of CFO in April, 2004. Built an Investor Relations team and took part in numerous Investors' meetings in India and other countries to increase Institutional Investors' awareness of the Company's outlook. As a board member in many subsidiaries, he handled business plans, assisted with fundraising, and streamlined their finances. In August 2013, he retired from Ashok Leyland after serving for 32 years. In April 2016, he joined Hinduja Tech Ltd. (HTL) as Chief Executive Officer for a brief period to establish systems and processes. Following his resignation from HTL in January 2017, he became a member of their Board. He currently serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at HTL, as well as an Independent Director at Ashok Leyland Limited.
