He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing from Sardar Patel University and a master's degree in business administration from Chakravarti Rajagopalachari Institute of Management. With extensive experience in financial services, he has been instrumental in establishing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on business development, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. Before joining the Company, he held leadership roles at Reliance Capital Limited as Executive Vice President and Group Business Head and at HDFC Bank Limited as Vice President. Over the years, Sachin has diversified his expertise into steering businesses across cycles, with a strong background of risk management, product development & organization building.

With 30+ years of expertise in operations and strategic planning within the financial sector, he has held various roles in business, product management, and strategy at Reliance Capital, HDFC Bank, ICICI Lombard, Kotak Mahindra, and Bajaj Auto Finance. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration.

A graduate in Computer Engineering and an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, he brings over 17 years of professional experience across the Automobile, Information Technology, and Financial Services sectors in domestic and international markets. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with organizations including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Ashok Leyland, Gulf Oil, and Hinduja Automotive, London. His experience spans corporate finance, treasury, business operations, financial planning and strategy. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hinduja Housing Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for nearly five years, where he contributed to strengthening financial processes and supporting business growth.

Subbu has over 30+ years of experience with over 15+ years in a CXO role leading HR, Ethics and CSR. He has worked across diverse industries like Insurance, Telecom, Consumer Durables and Beverages in India and USA. He holds an MBA in HR and a MS in International Business. He has worked in Tata AIG General, RCN Corporation (USA), Shaw Wallace, Eureka Forbes and Global Tele-Systems.

A postgraduate from SCDL, Pune, with over 25 years of experience spanning across Risk Management, Operations, Process re-engineering & Internal Audit in the Retail Banking and Insurance Industry. He has worked with Citi, GE Capital, SBI Cards, Aviva India, and Future Generali India Life Insurance.

A Technology professional with 25+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Building Products and IT strategy. He was previously Chief Operating Officer at Gro Digital Platforms (a Hinduja Group company) and worked in IT global leaders such as Tata Consultancy Services, TechMahindra and Cognizant Technology Solutions. He earned a Master of Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

A seasoned legal professional and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with nearly two decades of experience in corporate law, regulatory advisory, compliance and governance. He has held key roles in Toyota Financial Services, Ford Credit, Precot Ltd and RPP Infra Projects.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of expertise in Internal Audit and Governance. In the past, he headed the Internal Audit function at AU Small Finance Bank Limited and has worked with organisations such as Equitas Small Finance Bank, British Telecom, Teradata corporation, and Deloitte.

An IT Professional with two decades of experience managing Information Technology in Financial Services domain. He has worked with Nissan Renault Financial Services India, Cholamandalam Home Finance and Navia Markets Limited. He holds Master's degree in Business Administration with Systems Specialization from Pondicherry University.
